    Proper PCT training

Alright guys, I have searched this site and other sites to find out how to properly train while on pct. I get three different views and wonder which is the best.

    1. Train as if your on gear

    2. Train with lower weight and high reps.

    3. Train with heavy weight and low reps.

What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance!

    Dont go beyond failure (HIT).

    Moderate volume.

    10-15 reps.

    Thats what I do.

Thanks for the quick reply! Should I keep my sets the same?

You need quick intense weight training sessions when in PCT to help keep cortisol at bay. No need to go over 45 minute sessions during this time period. Make sure you eat a surplus of cals, especially EFA's. Supplementing with Vit. C can also help control cortisol levels. I keep reps in the same range I do during cycle (6-12 reps).

    Any other opinions on this?
I think I read that lower reps/ heavier weight. The idea being to get the body to keep the muscle - in order to meet the strength demands you're placing upon it.

I would rather go higher reps and try to cut down the bulk bloat gained from the cycle
Sets of 15 with like 45 sec rest for 3 sets on all exercises

I will say I'm excited to see how much of that "Bulk/Bloat" I can lose now that I'm coming off cycle. I leaned up A LOT on my cycle, but still have some to get off my stomach and torso. I was hoping to focus on that by continuing my cardio and strict diet (now that X-Mas is over) but I don't want to continue leaning at the expense of much if any muscle. I've worked WAY too hard for it.

Thinking of upping my cardio to twice daily sessions. 30 min. fasted in the A.M., and 30 minutes interval after training in the P.M.
