estradiol levels and armidex..

so i recently got bloodwork done before going on TRT.. it revealed that my estradiol level was 41. (reference range 13-54)

i was prescribed a script of test enth 200mg a week and 1mg armidex tabs.

with my estradiol level at 41, how should i dose my armidex without feeling lethargic and low libidio while on trt?

You if it were me i'd start them at .25 ed then after say a month get bloods taken again.....
