A friend just called telling me that he stopped anavar after 3.5 weeks at 20mg ed.
We are doing the same cycle but he wanted to know about pct. He was planning 20mg nolva ed for 1 week. Should that be enough?

4 weeks of nolva and 20mgs should be fine since that is a low dose of var and wasnt on it that long. I would always run pct 4 weeks tho

Coming back again on this, my friend is now suffering from low libido. He's been taking tamoxifen for almost a week now.
Shall he stop it? Also does low libido lead or means low sperm count?
