How much HCG should I do for PCT??

Coming off a 12 week cycle of
EQ 600mg/week
Anavar 60 mg ED

I will wait 3 weeks after last injection of EQ and then administer HCG.

I was told to do it like this
Day 1 - 5000 iu shot all at once
Day 5 - 1500 iu shot
Day 10 - 1500 iu shot
Day 15 - 1500 iu shot
wait 2 weeks then repeat again, and do this once more after the second round, totalling 3 rounds.

Is it too much to do a 5000iu shot at once??

Actually, the advice given to me was straight from a Dr. so I would assume he knows what hes talking about.

I am questioning what he has recommended because it does not coincide with the information presented in these forums. It seems as though the dosage is a bit high compared to what I am finding on here. But then again, he is a Dr. who deals with many cases like this.

So, what would you recommend for someone who is coming off my cycle and wants to get up and running in the fastest amount of time possible?

I read it already, and still unsure what amount to administer because of conflicting literature I have received.
