    PCT first timer

    So if im going to do a Test E 300m and low dose of decca what would i need for a pct for 10w cycle

    first of all cycles wanting to do 300 test and decca
    6'1 195 22 5 years train diet in check yes i know im young i know the consequences i just wanna do it correct with lowest chance of sides
