what sort of PCT actions do i need to take after my last dosage of test e?

You dont want to be using steroids at 19 yrs old. Your own testosterone levels havent fully developed yet and by shutting them down you could cause yourself aload of problems you wish you never had. Limp dick, low sex drive, low testosterone for life, mood swings, depression, weight loss to name a few, now be mature about this and dont touch steroids until your system as fully developed.

Mate, I hope you take Marcus' advice and lay off AAS till your body is ready. Its hard enough (I wish lol) for us old timers, so it's gonna be harder for those in the long run who are just too young for AAS. You might want to post up what you've taken and for how long

yea Mike take there advice I was 21 and suffer from naturally low test levels (50% lower) from not waiting till my system matured. Im currently 30 years old, but lucky for me I have sex drive and I have to worry about weight gain lol
