PCT varies hugely dependent on the cycle and the persons physiology. On a mild single compound cycle or a heavy single compound short blast its usually not bad at all. Now on the other hand if you run back to back cycles without proper time off or use Deca /Test or Tren /Test for 16 wks then its a lot worse. Do multicompound cycles for 24 or more weeks and you will know why it was not a good idea.

In my experience with your case you will not notice much at all while on PCT as the PCT drugs will have no trouble keeping up your test score, as you stop your PCT you will have 2 wks or so where you do not feel completely up to par but it should be no big deal. (just remember to taper off your PCT drugs, IMHO this is where many screw up on small test cycles. That is they do not reduce their PCT dosage during the last week to say a third of what it was week one.

PCT is not bad at all, I think as Far from massive just said, the more compounds you are taking, and the longer you are on a cycle, the harder and more painful PCT can be. I'm on PCT right now, from tes-c, and I am feeling fine. Just more emotional, dramatic, and mild depression.

I still go to the gym, and hit hard.

Varies from person to person for sure.

For me it doesn't suck at all. I lost allot of endurance, regrettable for sure. But I still lift the same weights, and for some or other reason I'm benching more now that I am off my cycle. The thing I love the most is when my water retention started to go down I got a lean look like never before. But still hitting the gym 7 days a week and training hard. It's the only way to keep what you've built.

After a 4 week cycle of tbol do you think 15 days of pct would be enough or would you recommend 28days?

Just finished week 1 of pct after 12 wks of prop @ 490mg/wk. I thought it was going to be hell, but honestly I don't feel much different than pre-cycle. My joints/muscles are a little more sore/achey, but I've actually put on 1 lb and my cycle bloat is now gone...
