    How do i keep anadrol gains?

    just started my 4 week anadrol cycle but i want to know if there is any way of keeping my gains WITHOUT using an inject post cycle

    yes i know i should be using something like test e for post my cycle however injects are currently not an option...i wanna know if there is any oral pct i can take that will allow me to keep most of my gains

    any help would be greatly appreciated

    Your not planning a PCT? It would help for sure... lol. If your diet and training is in check you will be able to keep most gains but don't expect to keep em all since you are running an oral only...

    If you're not going to use HCG or IGF or any serms then I would research that first before taking anadrol.

    Look take my advice and dont ever expect to retain gains from orals like you would an injectable. I use orals to either boost, kickstart a cycle with or use orals to counter gyno. I never expect to keep gains from orals, and you shouldnt either.

    how to retain 'drol gains?

    pretty much, you don't. which is why i still have 7 or 8 grams of the stuff still sitting in my wall locker.... i dont' see the point, and the shit makes me soooooo sleeeeepy
