After advice from swifto I've got together a pct. I could not get all the "ingredients" so I had to change some of it to clomid instead.

Why it occurred.
I've ran a test only cycle 500mg each week for 10 weeks.
I ran a poor pct, 20mg x 20 tabs of nolva only, I guess thats the mains reason (also my young age) i failed to recover propperly.
I am now 20 (then 19) I know its young but its nothing to do about that now..


Due to a poor pct and my young age (I guess), I've been walking around with critical low test values for a long time.
This has made me lose ALL my size and my weight has ran down the scale..
The fact that I've been going in a catabolic condition in around 6 months made my mood very sad, but I've decided not to run any cycle to get back where I was.
5 months after my previouse cycle my test changed from critical low to acceptable low ( that means just above the range which is 9-40, mine was 12).
Since I'm not going to do another cycle(at least not for a while) I want my test to be as high as it can be "naturally"
but my main concern is that my testicles has not recovered, even though my test levels has gone up, so I hope this pct will help my testicles enlarge.



Part one: the first 3 weeks.
HCG : 1000mg 3 times a week for 3 weeks. (total of 9000iu)
Nolvadex 10mg/ED for 3 weeks (total of 210mg)


After that 3 weeks has gone I would start part 2.

Clomid: week 1-6, 25mg/ED (50mg/ED week 1) (total of 1225mg)
Nolvadex: week 1-6, 20mg/ED (40mg/ED week 1) (total of 980mg)
Tribestan(tribulus terrestris by sopharma): week 1-6, 1000mg ED (total of 42 000mg)

I could not get my hands on aromasin , Ashwagandha Root Extract nor toremifene so I had to change it with clomid.

Now that I got my pct together I got the following questions.
When should I take it on the day?
Should I take it all at the same time, or should i spread it out the whole day, due to halflife of some suplements?
Since it's a big pct I wonder if it may be any side effects or any changed behavior of my mood.

And do anyone know if finasterid(proscar, prostata medicine, 1mg finasterid daily) can be safely taken with the pct, because I've been taking proscar for some months due to hair loss.
