Water Weight - When do YOU lose it?

After a 50 lb gain over a 14 week period (12 week cycle/2 weeks off), I just completed the first week of my PCT of Nolva and ended up dropping 1.5 lbs. I was thinking and hoping I would end up losing much more than that and predicted that I would lose at least 10-15 lbs of water during PCT.

When do you guys end up losing the most water? My face is the most puffy its ever been, and it'd be nice to get rid of that ASAP unless it's just from all the fat I've accumulated on this bulk which is very well possible.

BTW, I also used Adex .25 mg eod throughout cycle. Would anyone recommend I start using that again for the next week to try to get my estrogen back down if that's the problem? Or does it just take time?

i would say dont take adex in pct.
