Oxymetholone + Propionate PCT

Hi.Please I would like to get an advice about PCT timing and dosage. (Anapolon + Testolic)

Cycle 48dni, 100mg Prop E3D, Oxy:
day 1-8 50mg (1 tablet),
day 9-15 100mg (2 tablets),
day 16-33 150mg (3 tablets),
day 34-40 100mg (2 tablets),
day 41-48 50mg (1 tablet).

PCT starts with HCG 500UI/E3D for two weeks, 6 injections, first on 43th day (last week of the cycle), along with HCG starts AI Aromasin 25mg/day which will be continued for three weeks (+1 week after HCG).
SERM Nolvadex - 24 hod after last dose of Oxy, so 3 days after last Propionate , dosage 30mg first week, 20mg second and third week, 10mg fourth week.
