Sufficient PCT? Opinions needed.

This is PCT based on what I have on hand. This is from a 16 week cycle of sust and deca .

Week 1: 5000IU HCG total + 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 2: 5000IU HCG total + 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 3: 2500IU HCG total + 20mg Nolvadex daily
Week 4: 100mg clomid daily
Week 5: 100mg clomid daily
Week 6: 50mg clomid daily

this could be completely wrong, however its based on the amount of nolva and clomid i have on hand. I am up for suggestions as I am trying to figure out what is best. (I apoligize for this not being done completely right as I was originally guided by a friend who basically didn't know what he was talking about the whole time even though he had been doing it a while,... and left me hanging. Thanks

No. That isnt a good pct. check out swiftos thread on PCT protocols.

HCG is for on cycle,

nolva and clomid for PCT.

I realize that HCG is suppose to be on cycle, however.. i didnt know what when I began. However there is also mixed opinions on this matter and many who have used hcg successfully as a pct. I can stay on the sustanon longer with hcg if that would make a difference. However, i believe its better to use it rather then just skip it completely and go to only nolva clomid.

Your suppose to stop Deca way before you end the test. Otherwise Deca will still be high in your system.
