See if this works, as a new member I can't post too much info...the short of it is, I have 5000 ius of hcg , how much bac water do I add to get the dose at 250 each day and for how long should I run it? Also what mark on the insulin needle do I draw to? Thanks.

250iu per day imo is not necesary 250-500iu every three days is all you need
So 5000 iu into 1 ml would be .05 ml injection for 250 iu which is halfway to the 10 mark on a 1 ml slin pin
I would suggest mixing the 5000 iu with 2 ml of bac water then inject .1 of a ml (which is the 10 mark) for a 250iu hcg injection subq
You should run it while on cycle and stop before pct
