Need some help on a PCT Please

Been doing some research on the hole PCT thing and need some help clarifing a couple of things. Several articals that i have read say that you don't need to use both Nolvadex and Clomid at the same time for your PCT and some say that you should. I have also seen several diffrent dosages put out there for Nolvadex i have seen any were from 20mg per day to 60mg per day and for Clomid 40mg per day to as high as 100mg per day. I'm going to be doing a cycle of test was also wondering when to start the PCT i have heard several days after as well as several weeks after last injection. Can someone please help me with this.

Also can someone recomend a good AI that isn't to hard to find. THANKS

Well lets start with knowing your cycle so we can have the right PCT. What are you using and for how long?

I am going to do 625mg of Test Cypionate for tweleve weeks 1/2 on Monday mornings and 1/2 on Thursday night.

The PCT would start two weeks after your last shot
I prefer 4 weeks like this:

Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50

Others may like something else but this has always been good for me

Thank you very much for some clarifaction. Can you help me on an AI to take durring cycle incase of gyno symptoms?

I prefer arimidex or aromasin . I wouldnt go for letro unless you have serious gyno issues that the other two cant control.

I have a similar cycle planned and my PCT is

Nolva-40/40/20/20
Clomid-100/50/50/50

Arimadex .25 EOD from the very first shot till 2 weeks after last shot when PCT starts.

You would take one or the other. Start low and work up as needed.

.25 mg ED on the Arimidex
12.5 mg ED on the Aromasin
