[Injury]Will not working my upper body during PCT make me lose my gains?

    Hey!

    Stats:
    age-24
    height-6'1
    weight-215
    BF-12% (approx)

Two days ago I finished a 7 week cycle of strictly anavar @80mg ed. My PCT is nolvadex 20mg ed.

I was benching today and pulled(i hope)my pectoral muscle right where it connects to my shoulder/armpit. Im getting it evaluated more thoroughly tomorrow but it is likely that i wont be benching for 3-4 weeks-basically the entire length of my PCT. I've read that it is a good idea to keep lifting during PCT and ingest enough calories/protein to not lose the gains you made during your cycle.

Will not lifting my upper body for 3-4 weeks during PCT make me lose my gains I made?

In my personal experience, I believe that it will cost you some but you will not lose all. You're right, by the way. You should be working out still and eating right, it'lll keep your natural testosterone from suffering so much as you come off. I think you'll be fine, but do what you can; like training legs still. Your CNS works for your whole body and can save your booty
