IM vs Sub-Q administration of hcg for pct

I have 3000iu of hcg to use as part of my pct. I will be using it alongside arimidex and nolvadex . What is the best way to dose it? I was thinking that for my purposes a single or split IM dose might be best, basically as a kick start to my pct. Ideas?

You don't take hcg during pct. you take it while on to keep the boyz working, discontinue before you start pct.
