tapering test E dose down over 6 weeks?

Ok, I was reading a couple other treads on different websites and I noticed that quite a few people use a 6 week taper instead of a regular clomid/nolva pct! Id thought id see what you guys think about this, I've never heard this before. Most people were saying going from full dose ex.(500mgs/week) down to 20mgs/week over the last 6 weeks of the cycle.

Do a pct, tapering is old school and not a good idea.

They also mention tapering and pct,do you think this would make recovery easier?

thers no need to taper because when you stop using the ester tapers for you depending on weather its a long or short one then you start a pct protocol...why prolong the inevitable of comming of aas and addressing shutdown...

In addition to what has been said the amount of Test that is needed to keep you shut down is very small (and the amount needed to substantially increase muscle gains is very large) so these guys who think they are tapering off over 6 wks are probably above the point where their bodies would even consider making a change till the last wk of their taper so really all they are doing is either spending lots of extra time on cycle or shortening the amount of time they are getting any real benefit from their cycle.

Long ester are self tapering anyway but tapering does help those who are prone to sides and have a very sensitive body.Reducing the test dose can help with sides such as acne etc but PCT is always needed and it doesnt help with recovery.

Thanks you guys, those were the type of answers I was looking for!! Seems like a lot of people are still from the stone age! Its amazing how many different opinions there is all over the internet on this subject, and you guys always seem to have the most logical answers.
