    Otc pct's

    what's the best over the counter pct ? I've been taking ZMA & Tribulous. Thanks

    There isnt one....
    No OTC product is adequate to call a pct .....
    serms like nolva and clomid or toremifene are IMO proper pct substances...
    BTW the 2 you are taking are particularly useless IMO....

    you dont need pct for trib or for zma since they arent aas.
