Pct help and hcg

I plan on taking

Test e 500 ml weeks 1-14
Dbol 40mg 1-4
Adex .5 eod

I want to run HCG weeks 3-14 but was wondering if 125ui 2x a week is sifficient or i need 250ui 2x a week

Also please help with a PCT i was thinking clomid at 100/50/50/50 weeks 17-20 but was worried it wouldnt be enough

You should run 250iu 2x a week of HCG

Nolva 40/40/20/20

start your pct 14 days after last injection of test e.

you can run the HCG until 3 days before start of PCT.
