I am due to start my my 10 week course in one month the course 10 weeks , 1 mg testcypionate 200 and deca 200 pw, i was wondering wheter to kick start it all with a months course of 10 mg dbol per day? But i really need help in my pct dosage of hcg nolvodex and clomid, also a suitable ripping cycle for later on and any links or advice in dietary suplements or tips in keepin my gains afterwards would be very much appreciated.
hcg is for on cycle.
nolva and clomid are for PCT.

Tough crowd over here. haha...OP-I would suggest just sticking w/test for now. As for your PCT, lemonada is correct. And don't worry about your next cycle just yet. Concentrate on this one. Is this your first cycle?
