PCT questions i hope to have answered soon so i can start my cycle

EDIT:

planned to run a PCT of tamoxifen citrate at
30 mg a day for first week, 20 mg a day for next 2 weeks, and 10 mg a day for last week,
but i ended up buying the liquid form instead.

would this be a proper way of divying it up in the liquid form??
1.5mL 1st week, 1mL 2nd+3rd week, and .5mL 4th week?


ALSO will be running PCT ASSIST by competitive edge with my pct starting the 2nd week of PCT and ending the 4th week of PCT. i was recommended to use 6 caps a day for 3 weeks by someone but that seems a little ridiculous. my bottle recommends 2 caps a day. how many caps a day of PCT Assist should i run for the last 3 weeks during when i am running Tamoxifen Citrate.
