Epivar PCT

Thinking of running a 30 day cycle of Epivar (Ph) at 54mg per day (3 pills). What do you recommend for pct?

Clomid - 20/20/20/20
Nolva - 40/20/20/20

or

Nolva - 40/20/20/20

or

Nolva - 20/20/20/20

Also, I've never run ANYTHING before so need a little help. If I ran PCT for 4 weeks would I take it everyday and w.e dose you recommend?!?!?!?

Dunno much about prohormones, just that I took them in my younger days, and wish today I hadn´t.

Standard PCT would be
Clomid: 50/50/25/25
Nolva :20/20/20/20 (And u could double the Nolva the first week)
Taken ED.
