week 9 Hcg blast 750iu ed 10days day after last injection
9-14 Nolvadex 20mg ed
11-14 clomid 100/100/50/50
11-14 aromasin 20/20/20/20
anything i need to change
i am also doing the dbol bridge starting week 11 10mg in the morning ed for 8 weeks
i know people are against this but lets not discuss that
main goal to hold on to as many gains as possible
any infor much appreciated
1. Run HCG 500iu E3D throughout your cycle instead.
2. Stop HCG 1 week before the first day of your PCT.
3. Your last HCG injection can be 1000-1500iu, which is optional.
4. Arimidex 0.25mg EOD may be a more efficient utilization of this AI than 0.5mg E3D due to its half life.
5. PCT starts 15 days after your last Test E injection.
6. Nolvadex 40/20/20/20.
7. Clomid 100/50/50/50.
8. You do not need Aromasin for PCT, especially at that dose and frequency (your estro will be annihilated, period). Just extend your Arimidex 0.25mg ED into the first week of PCT, to make sure your estro is in check as Nolvadex fully kicks in and starts working.
I will not comment about the bridging, however, I want you to know that I disagree with it.
On a personal note, I would never run a 8 week Test E cycle. I think it is somewhat useless to run a long estered Test for such a short period of time. I would not bother with any long estered AAS unless I run it for 12 weeks or longer. If you decide to run it for 12 weeks, then your PCT will need further adjustments concerning the dosing and the length of Nolvadex and Clomid, FYI.
you make good points
the reason i originally decsided to only do 8 week is i find the gains tend to slow down suffnificantly at the 8 week mark
whats changes would you make if i did a 12 week cycle to pct
