No PCT. Help needed

Im new to steroids i been takin deca an im about to start taking anadrol an test with it what should i be taking during my cycles an PCT wise to help me. An ive noticed testicle shrinkage what can i take to prevent that to

19, 190lb, 5' 8", used to work outt constantly stoped for a few months then started again about 2 months ago. Been on deca 4-6 weeks. About to start a cycle of androl an test. I believe ill b outta deca b4 the androl an test cycle are done. So ill come off ot the androl an test cycle with equipose. I hope this helps like i said i know a little bit but not as much as i would like to.

Why at age 19 are you on AAS? Come on your going to mess up your endo system and you will be an trt member soon.. Get off the AAS do a pct and don't touch again till you know what you are doing.....

There is too much wrong here....so I´m not gonna get into the details.
Do you have your PCT meds? (Clomid, Nolvadex )
Can you get your hands on HCG ?
How are you feeling?

I haven't got on the androl or test yet. Ive only been 1ml of deca every week. Should i get off everything

I didn´t say that right away because there are a lot of your age on here that just want to argue cycling or continue their cycle, and the bickering turns into 2 page threads, which I don´t have the patience for.
But it seems you realize you did something stupid, and wants to fix it. Good for you.
So your last pin was your last. When was it?
So you do not have your PCT meds yet?
Ask your source for Nolvadex and Clomid and HCG . You can also get Clomid and Nolvadex from ar-r .com but not HCG.
Your PCT will start 21 days after yor last Deca pin.
In the meantime I would like to see you do some HCG therapy, let me know if you can get it.

I suggest you go with Swifto´s PCT #1, however combine the 2 (Clomid/Nolvadex )

Doing AAS is so much more than being the right age. Doing AAS is a huge leap and you need to be thoroughly educated, and prepared for the consequences.
You need a solid foundation, and an economy and lifestyle which will support an excellent diet and lots of rest.
