Help with my PCT

Hi everyone, i really need some help here about taking the PCT...i just finished my third cycle which is

Test E for 12 weeks :
week 1-5 250mg
week 6-10 500mg EOD
week 11-12 250mg

when i completed on week 11 i feel my nipple (right) so itchy and a bit numb. then i decide to stop and start for PCT. i use Nolvadex only for 10mg/day.... and i've been using it and this day is the 7th day, those gyno symptoms has already gone. should i finish it until 14 days or sould i stop it now ?....

anyone feel nausea and dizzy when running PCT ? please i need some helps and info here. this nausea is killing me, ruins my day and training.
