Hi guys. I thought I had this all covered then I remembered last time I thought that but posted my plan anyway I found out I didn't know shit. This is my planned PCT for my next course;

Stats: Height 189cm/6'3"
Weight 98kg/220lb
BF% 11.6 (bioscan 8 days ago)
Age 30yrs

Course: Sus 250 2 x week, weeks 1 - 12
Tren A 50mg ED weeks 1 - 9
test prop 100mg EOD weeks 10 - 14

PCT/Ancillaries:

ON COURSE ANCILLARIES
HCG 2 x 250iu inj./week from commen***ent until start PCT
Exemestane (Aromasin , Liquid Stane) 12.5mg EOD from commen***ent until start PCT

PCT
Start times for PCT vary depending on the ester of the compounds used on course. You want to start PCT once the compounds have stopped having an effect in your body. For test blends, boldenenone undeclynate and testosterone cypionate PCT should commence 3 weeks after last injection, for enanthate and decanoate esters 18 days, propionate , stanazolol, acetate and orals 4 days.

Week 3 Clomid 50mg/day Nolvadex 20mg/Day
Week 4 Clomid 50mg/day Nolvadex 20mg/Day

Sweet! Thanks for the feedback! I've been waiting for someone to tell me my course was rubbish or my PCT was rubbish, something! I'll implement that change though, clinic and Nolva is cheap, can't hurt
