Serms causing false positives?

So, today a friend of mine asked me about a urine test while he was on cycle and i explained to him that he has nothing to be worried about which he seemed to be fine with. But I thought i had read a thread a while back about certain Serms or Ais generating false positives on standard urine tests. Can someone clarify this for me i don't want to give bad info on something can be a big deal.

he has nothing to worry about. I recently went for a drug and medical screening for a new Job and was really worried something was going to show up, i was taking nolvadex . But everything went fine.

The lady told me someone has failed for having aspirin in their system so I was shitting it!

Okay I feel better knowing i didn't tell him he'd be okay and then it turns out he looses his job.

No issue there.
SERMs will come up on a PED test (if they are included in the panel), but not a standard rec drug panel.
