200/mg deca 400/mg cypionate a week, need help with my PCT.

So i'll be doing

1-10 week deca 200mg (100 mg twice a week shot)
1-12 week cypionate 400mg (200 mg twice a week shot)

So far I just know to get 60 clomids, and I heard I'll be fine.
(100 mg for 2 weeks, 50 mg for 2 weeks)

during my cycle I'll just be doing protein, cassein protein, and Nitrous drinks. Along with multivitamin, glucosomine HCL, and fish oil.

Is there anything else I can use for a PCT or during my cycle that I could benefit?

also I'm 185, 15% bf (just guessing, my top 4 abs show lol) 5'11. 25 years old.

This is also my first time going on a juice, but I will have SWIM who's been doing it for a couple years for any close assistance.

Also I want to note I'm going to keep reading this whole time, but I know it's always smart to ask when you don't fully grasp a concept. Thanks!
