Test Enanthate PCT Question

Planning my first cycle. my plan

Test Enanthate 500mg/wk for 10 weeks

PCT:
Nolva 40/40/20/20?
Arimidex .25 EOD for 4 weeks of PCT? or should this be during cycle? If so when?

and is there a need for HCG in my cycle with a test only cycle?

Training for about 6-7 years seriously.

Been kinda confused on all the different things im reading.

I see a lot of dosing is more of a "trail and error" type thing, so im kinda confused. Just wanna make sure I do it right the first time.

Adex is used on cycle, .25 eod is a good start IMO. If you can get is use HCG, if not I believe you will be fine. Look into getting clomid to run with the nolva

Should I run adex for just 4 weeks of cycle? Or thru out the whole cycle?

I believe standard procedure is start at around week2 (maybe a week or so later because of the long ester you're using) and run it up until pct starts.

Sounds great. Do try find HCG, it can only help. But I understand it's hard to find. Good luck with your cycle.
