help with pct training and diet please

I'm about to start pct, my last shot of test e was last Tuesday, I'm a little confused on how to go about training and diet while recovering, my on cycle routine was :

    Mon- chest/tris/abs
    Tues - back/bis
    Wed-fasted cardio/abs/rest
    Thurs- legs/shoulders
    Friday- chest/tris/abs
    Sat-back/bis/light legs
    Sun-rest

I got great results from this workout on cycle, but I think this Will be way too much off cycle, this is my first cycle, so I know I have to train differently on pct, any advise would be great guys!

    make sure you eat lots!

whatever you choose to do on a particular day, get in and out of the gym in about 45mins...very important to keep w/o's under an hour and have your protein drink after w/o. your body becomes catabolic faster during recovery than during cycle.

eating more to support new muscle tissue and keeping w/o's short in duration, assists greatly in keeping and maintaining new muscle.

intensity should be high bro..only do about two to three exercises per muscle to ensure you're out of the gym in 45mins. do it quickly but carefully. (make sure you warm up!)

    example: chest and bi's

    BB bench
    warm up 12 reps.
    repeat.
    working set 8-10 reps
working set 4-6 reps (last two reps forced or drop set)

    DB bench
same as above but using db's

    Bi's
    BB curls
    same as above for chest
    db curls
    same as above for chest

do this twice for each muscle and get out.

**this for pct only. then after pct you're back to 8-12 rep routine maintaining you new muscle until next cycle.

im no diet guru but i would re-do TDEE for new body weight (lbm) and go from there.

This for starters. Your protein should have been higher on cycle anyway so keep it as it is and up those carbs.

    And no cardio!

Should I worry about gaining fat with higher carbs and no cardio ?
