    need help finding pct sites

    I have tried to get in to ar-r but it doen't seem to be working for me, I am from canada so the border might be an issue. Does anyone know of any other sites that are legit.

    ar-r should be coming up soon. They said should be up within 24hrs. from when it went down on a post they started
