can some help me with proper pct after or during a anavar cycle

Ok so Im running 50mg a day of anavar with 2iu a day gh. Im planning on running the anavar 4 months..
Can anyone advise me on a correct pct.. should I be taking anything while on the cycle to keep my gonads working?

I'm fixing to do a Var only cycle myself, Var doesnt affect your tess production like regular AAS, but it will put your body into shutdown from HPTA (Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular Axis) Everything Ive read says to still run a pct as if you were running a regular AAS cycle. I'm planning on doing Nolva and Clomid just as I was doing any other cycle.
