My stats:
24yrs old
178lbs 5'9" 10%BF
This was my first cycle:
week 1-12 TestCyp 500mg/week
week 1-11 Deca 500mg/week
week 1-14 Liquidex .5mg eod

I waited 18days after my last Test pin to start PCT.
My PCT:
Liquid Clomid 100/100/50/50
Liquid Nolva 40/40/20/20

Today i start my third week of PCT and just want to ask a couple questions.
I know the only way of really knowing if your levels have returned to normal is to get them checked by a hormone panal test, which i plan on doing. But just want to see what side effects people notice as their levels go back to normal. My libido almost completely shut down on the first week or so of PCT but now it seems to be coming back slowly<<---Is this a good indicator?
Also my acne has drastically been getting better.

Even with the libido coming back its nothing like being on test....man those were good days. lol

Returning libido and testicular size are good indicators. As you said there is no way to really know unless you get blood work.

I personally know how I feel when my levels are in the normal range as wel as when they are below it. I use this to gauge my amount of recovery when not getting bloodwork

Alright now that i cut my doses in half it seems that my libido is really down. Just kind of feeling gloomy and impossible to get an erection.
Should i bump my doses back up? Or should i just ride it out?

Im using all products from ar-r. And just ordered some Liquid V from them as well.
