2 months after PCT lactacing nipples, gyno and low sex drive!!
Hi guys
i finished up a test/tren /mast cycle 2 months ago ran a clomid/nolva pct...
i havnt felt the same since...
I still have 0 sex drive and have developed gyno and lactacting nipples...
I went to the doc and got some letro and I am currently on day 4
started at -
day 1 .5mg
day2 1mg
day3 1.5
day4. 2mg
and day 5 will be 2.5mg i will hold this dose until all gyno is gone...
I aslo have some caber(dostinex) which i am running .5mg twice a week..
does anyone have any input ? i am really worried. will i return to normal after this cycle ??
im also going to run nolvadex for 2 week prior to the letro to combat any rebound!!!

After having problems myself at present i would say go get some blood work done mate, otherwise your just shooting in the dark, lactating usually signals an increase in prolactin and is combatted with Dostinex (caber) or prami. You should ask for a full hormone panel

should i drop the letro and just run the caber at 0.5mg e3d and see if my sex drive improves ?
or...
should i continue to run the letro until gyno clears and continue to run the caber ( i have enough for 8 weeks )
any help would be appreciated
i will be getting some bloodwork done but ive already started the letro

Letro is known to kill sex drive as some estrogen is needed for sex drive and other purposes. I would definitley say go get some blood work done this will help identify what the issue is, lactation is induced by high prolactin and for gyno to occur some excess estro has to be present. Maybe seeing a dr would be the best option right now, dont want to be to self medicating the body especially as your shooting in the dark.
Also i think some research would do you some good to understand the mechanisms of gyno and the way the body works, seems like you have estrogen dominance with raised prolactin by sounds of it so have a look at some of the gyno stickies and see what protocol they recommend. Bare in mind with letro you will need to taper down as you come off and having some nolva on hand would be good in case of estro rebound as letro is a competitive estro inhibitor.
Over the last 10 months ive learnt that your going to have to do a lot of research yourself as a lot of the times advice and opinions is slow to come by on these forums.

Should I maybe replace the Letro with arimidex ?
Keep in mind I have developed some gyno.
Would I be better off continuing the Letro or use arimidex ?

From my own reading seems like the general concensus is letro is the best at reversing gyno if possible and as you have gyno you will need to lower estro.........i would say read through the gyno stickies and go from there.......
Would also say get some bloods done to know where your levels are at and go from there..
am sure if you have some blood work to show there will be some ppl on here that will help you.............
im having problems presenly myself from a few shots of deca taken 10 months ago and still not fine been posting on a quite a few forums however advise has been a bit slow to come by so doing research and understanding the bodies mechanisms will help you. Also go see a Dr i would say.
Your gyno could progesterone induced as well as prolactin from looking at your cycle however excess estro is also usually needed to be present for gyno. The caber should help with the lactation.
All the best mate
