    Puffy chest during PCT

I've just come off a test-e (500mg) and deca (200mg) cycle and I've recently noticed that my chest is starting to look slightly irregular. The nipple itself isn't too bad - I've always had a very mild case of gyno, the lump itself doesn't appear to have increased much (if any) in size. The problem is that my chest is starting to look chunkier at the top side, near the shoulder aswell as around the nipple. The tissue itself is very soft and puffy. I assume that this is just a case of having a high level of oestrogen in my body along with high water retention. Will my chest deflate if I start taking Letro? I'm a little bit anxious because I'm not too sure if this is a case of bad gyno or not. I'm currently on Clomid (100mg) and zinc (50mg) ED. If anyone can shed light upon this issue I'd be most grateful.

how long into your pct are you ?
why dident you run nolva with your clomid for pct ?
i would get some nolvadex to run along with your clomid as this will help stop estrogen binding to the receptor in breast tissue

No, I cut my cycle short after a week and a half because I realised that I didn't do enough research to safely run a cycle. I did 2 x 250mg Test-E and 100mg deca, I also did a third injection which was Test-E only (250mg). I ran nolvadex during and immediately after the cycle at 40mg ED for 5 days, stopped and replaced it with Clomid when I started getting terrible headaches. The puffiness increased quite a lot after drinking a lot during a night out - this lasted for about one day. Nothing has really changed for the past 3 days, I think the Clomid (100mg ED) is blocking the oestrogen pretty well. At the moment my chest isn't looking that bad - I think I'm the only person who can notice. My last jag was on the 30th (9 days ago). I have Letrozole on order and it should be here by the end of the week. Is it common at all to have a puffy chest? Is puffy chest and gyno the same thing?

I also put on around 6lbs within the first week. I'm guessing that my chest is carrying a lot water at the moment as I haven't be able to shift the weight.

I just checked both of my nipple again - I suffer from natural gyno which isn't noticable to the naked eye. Right nipple has a very small (half marble sized lump) and my left nipple has a slightly larger lump. I don't believe that the lumps have gotten any bigger, the nipple of the right did not suffer from any gyno related symptoms (itchyness or sensitivity) but my right one did - for a short time. Both pecs appear to have increased the same amount in size though.

My chest feels puffy and bloated. I've never been on a cycle before so I'm not sure if this is simply bloat or something far worse. Nipples don't seem to look too bad, it's the fat at the side of my upper pec that's giving me the most cause for concern.

After only a few shots I highly doubt you got gyno.. Most likely you're just holding water.

Gyno n puffy nips are not the same. Gyno is the formation of the lump which can then lead to the formation of breast tissue. Puffy nips can be a sign of high estrogen but can also be caused by increasing carbs or water retention. If it's just puffy but no painful lump I wouldn't be too concerned

My left nipple has felt a little bit sensitive on this cycle. I don't suffer from itchyness or pain. Thanks for your help anyway. Do you know how long I'd be expected to wait for the puffiness to subside? Would removing the oestrogen inside me altogether via Letro flush my system of its excess water?
