Quick question about arimidex

Usually get me arimidex in 1mg pills and split them and take .5mg every second day when on cycle and two weeks into pct.

I got 1mg capsules this time. I can't split them obviously.

How do you recommend I dose them and frequency?

Just going to run a straight test prop cycle.

I would start off with taking 1 cap a week like every Wednesday. If you need to increase then start taking every Wednesday and Sunday. Even try every odd weeks take Wednesday and every even weeks take Wednesday and Sunday. You can always adjust, I wouldn't stress to much about it!
