One of my friends at the local gym is doing a sustanon cycle and I asked him what he had for pct and he had no idea what a pct was. His supplier doesn't have it so would the arr stuff be just as good? The Nolva and clomid

ar-r is top quality in me op.

The nolva and clomid would work well.
but I bet he does not even know what an AI is (from the looks of it).
Look at the STANE also from ar-r, that or LETRO I love as an AI.

How long has he been on cycle?

Just run

Nolva at 40/20/20/20
Clomid at 100/50/50/50

This could change depending on how long he's been on cycle. If you are able to get HCG I would try and get some of that as well for most agressive PCT!

My really aggressive pct is:
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20/20/20
I add 2 extra weeks of nolva at 20 mgs/day I do this when i run a long cycle that includes saya compound like deca. My normal pct is just what johnny said above.
Also hcg on cycle up to pct at 250iu's - 2x/week
