1mg arimidex caps.. Question.

Starting prop at 150 eod and Tbol.
I have 1mg caps that can't be split. How would I dose this with consistency?

1mg every 4 days ? Every 3??

I would uncap them and dilute in orange juice or something like that which is a bit thicker than water.... Shake/ mix it up and drink desired amount....

And next time don't buy 1mg caps

I got for free but honestly I can order pharma just takes a while to get.

I think I'll just order and split the 1mg pills into .25 and start at eod.
