In cycle/PCT

In the basic cycle given by the website they say: PCT: 350 uI HCG for 10 days + 40-40-20-20 nolva for 4 weeks.
And they talk about arimidex and nolva during the cycle if neededs.
That's fine.

But some experienced user posted some novice cycle and say: 10mg nolva/day(on cycle) + .25mg arimidex/day(on cycle too)
And like PCT a mix of Clomid-Nolva-arimidex for 6 weeks.
That's seems fine to me.

My questions are...
The nolvadex and the arimidex used during a cycle decrease the effect of the testosterone so If I'm right the second method would be safer but also less efficient?

Does Clomid-nolva-arimidex is better PCT than Hcg-nolva?

Does anyone have other basic PCT or method who could be great for a beginner.


P.S. I'm only seeking for information for a possible future cycle. So, No comment on my age plz

I dont know what your cycle is but id suggest this if it is a pretty basic test based cycle.
On cycle - Arimidex .5 eod or if you like .25 ed. (run this up to your pct btw)
PCT- clomid 100/50/50/50
nolvadex 40/20/20/20
HCG - Run it throughout cycle. 250iu's = 2x /week up to pct.

Simple and effective. Quality adex , clomid and nolva are easy and quickly avail from ar-r (banner top right)
Oh and to answer your question it has been found that hcg is in fact supressive so it shouldnt be included in pct.
