    Gyno query, any advice appreciated.

This is my first post here so firstly I'd like to say hi!

Now, I came off a cycle about 5 month ago, and immediately after my last tablet I started PCT. I couldn't get my hands on Nolvadex so I decided to use Reload by Extreme Nutrition. I was reading reviews about it on the web and quite a few reckoned it was just as good, now whilst I had my doubts it was this or no PCT at all, so I was forced into it.

I continued the PCT for a month after my cycle, month on, month PCT, then quite a while after I stopped my PCT (about a month or two after) I woke up one morning with super sensitive nipples, no warnings or anything just bam hit me on that morning.

I felt my nipples and noticed a small lump beginning to appear under both, now I knew it was bound to be gyno but I was convincing myself it wasn't, I was telling myself I took PCT it's just coincidence and it'll go blah blah..

Now it's about 2 month since my nipples were super sensitive, the lumps have got quite substantially bigger but the pain has dulled, I can touch them and move them with no discomfort but give them a gentle slap and you can still feel a little sensation but that's about it.

My question is, does the dulled pain mean gyno is going away on it's own? Or will I need to acquire some arimidex or something? I'm stuck now as to what to do because I don't want to leave it to get worse, but at the same time if it's going down on it's own I don't want to take something that could be potentially dangerous and cause more harm than good.

    Thanks.

you can start with some bloodwork. if your estro is high for whatever reason, then ai and nolva. but since you're already off cycle, its more likely that your estro will be normal. then just take nolva alone.
