This will be my first cycle. I'm 23 , 5'9. I'm about 178. I been working out

for 3 years on and of. I used to work out more and read less, but now it's

the other way around. so as i been searching and reading a lot, I decided to

starta cycle and do the best of it. with my experienced friend help , i decided

to try HGH,TEST400,EQ250 . it should be for 12 weeks long. Now guys I

need your help with your information, how much should i shot , and to a look on my diet:

Meal 1 – 1- serving oatmeal,1 cup egg white,1 whole egg
Meal 2 – 1 cub rice, 7 oz chicken.add veg
Meal 3 – 1 cup rice, 7 oz tilapia
Meal 4 – 1 cup rice, 7 oz lean beef.add avocado
Meal 5 – pre work out :/1 scoop of whey protein,1 serving oatmeal
Meal 6 – post work out :2 scoop of whey protein/
Meal 7- 1 cup rice, 7-8 oz wheat pasta,
