PCT question

So I have done a lot of reading and have a pretty good idea of a solid pct protocol. Im running a test only cycle , first one in about 3 years. Back then I just used some nolvadex . Now I'm leaning towards cloimd and nolvadex.
I have seen the protocol clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolvadex 40/20/20/20 repeated here many times (been reading up here for while) and think thats the way to go. I just need to know if I use the liquid stuff from arr (it is legit right?) the clomid is dosed at 70mgs/ml. Thats a pain to dose at 100mgs or even 50. What do you guys do ?
