First Timer PCT- review my plan please

Hey everyone I would like to get some of your expert advice to make sure I properly PCT.This is my first cycle and has consisted of Test 400mg /week split into 2 doses and for 12 weeks , I am currently on week 11 and have 2 more pins left. I did not experience any gyno issues and did not take any AI during the cycle. I have done a lot of research and received advice from people at my gym, but I want to make sure I make the right choice. I apologize for m stupid questions in advanced.

I have liquid clomid and nolvadex on hand that I was going to use for PCT. I plan on running PCT 14 days after the last pin and for 4 weeks.

Nolva- 40/40/20/20
Clomid - 100/100/50/50

1) This means taking the specified amount every day orally right?
2)Is there a certain time to take it?
3) are the doses correct?
4) should I run HCG ?

What's the pros and cons to running HCG ? Would I run it before the nolva and clomid? I want to make sure I order anything else I need

No cons to running it. You can take it all together with the clomid and nolva.
I would do 1000ius a week for 4 weeks on pct.

105/105/50/50

No sides. Feeling great.

Phased- thanks for the dosage tip , its really helping out! so I would take it starting day 1 of pct, every day taking 1000 ius a day? Should it be am or pm?

Newman- you didn't experience any eyesight sides with clomid? Did you have your libido working during pct? Any emotional sides?

Hcg 500iu twice a week

No. From my research, eye problems start at dosages of 150 mg of Clomid and above for extended periods. No emotional sides. Libido does suck though. I can still get a woody watching porn and churn some pretty good butter. I just don't have any desire to hook up with my GF. Which u could imagine isn't going to so well. I just started my 3rd week. So hopefully things will start to improve in another two weeks or so. Otherwise, I'm gonna just have to fake with her. LOL

My girl knows I'm don't this so hopefully she doesn't mind a temporary slow down haha. Would it be smart to take an AI in addition to the clomid, nolva, and HCG ?
