Could someone help with my HCG protocol?

Hey all, so I'm putting a cycle together that I am going to start the first week of January. That is a few months from now, but I am making sure that I have EVERYTHING lined up so there are no problems. I am 23 years old (please no flaming on the age), 5'10, 193lbs at 12% bf.

I have never used HCG before, but this is not my first cycle. I keep reading a million different opinions on how to run HCG and when to use it so it's a little overwhelming. By now I am pretty convinced that HCG should be ran during the cycle rather than it's traditional use for PCT. When I posted my cycle up on the AAS forum I was told that I should run HCG 2xweek at 250ius per shot. The cycle I am going to run looks like this:

Weeks 1-12 Test prop 125mgs EOD
Weeks 1-11 Primo Enanth 500mgs per week
Weeks 1-4 TBOL 40mgs ED
Weeks 8-12 Anavar 60mgs ED
Weeks 1-12 Arimidex .5mg ED
Weeks 1-12 HCG 250iu 2xweek THIS IS WHERE THE CONFUSION STARTS

PCT:
Weeks 1-2 Arimidex .5mg ED
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolvadex 20/20/20/20

Any feedback or help with the HCG part would be great help

Thanks man for commenting. Do I have to run the HCG during the whole 12 weeks? Or can I run it at week 3 or 4 and then shut it off around week 8 or 9. The reason I ask is because I have seen other on the threads here run it in a similar way I just mentioned. I trying limit the water retention I personally have never used HCG, but I have heard that users can experience water retention and I am prone for that. Also, how much would one have to use to cause damage?

EDIT: To be fair you did ask another question which hadn't been answered: The clinical studies which show that hCG causes desensitization use 5000IU per injection. You won't use that much, like I said hCG looks fine, run it as you have planned it.

Sorry guys, I have one more question that I completely forgot to mention.

Should I start the HCG from the start and run it until I am done with the 12 weeks? I have read several methods on when to start and end the HCG. I wanted to know what you guys thought about this?

From wk 3 to 3-4 days before you begin PCT. Thats my .02

You could start Hcg on day 1 or as Mickey stated above. You might want to change your Pct Nolva dosage to 40/40/20/20. Might want to run the L-dex at .25 or .50 eod for starters.

Thanks bros for the input. Ill do what Mickey suggested and run the HCG according to his method and I will use the Nolva PCT dose you suggest.

Should I still keep the clomid in the PCT?
