Arimidex, what is the right time to begin?

Ok guys will finally be starting first cycle very soon, and one last question. I will be running adex as my ai. When do i begin taking it? Do i take it immeadiatly with the first pin or do i wait 5 or 7 or 10 days or more, or do i not take it at all unless i see symptoms of gyno... thanks.

I'm pretty sure i got the dose right .5mg eod, i just dont know when i should begin taking it

You don't need a big cycle to get a beach body look. If you take high dose of test you could end up looking like the mich. man or the marshmellow dude.

If you want a little harding go for a var cycle 60mg for 7 weeks. You can slin pin a HRT dose of test if you are over 30. Maybe add 40mcg of clen

No problem Micky, ok here goes, real simple
wk 1-12 250mg test E 2x wk.
wk 1-6 50mg tbol ed
10 days after last pin i will begin running nolva 40/40/20/20 and liquid clomi 70/70/35/35

I will have the adex on hand to run while om cycle but im just not sure when i should beging taking them, actually in thing of usoing only .25 mg eod, but i just dont know when i should beging taking it.....thanks guys

Start your pct 14 days after last pin.

Include hCG on cycle @ 250iu 2/wk the day before each test shot.

Include an AI on cycle like Aromasin @ 12.5mg/day to start and monitor.

edit: just realized you have dex. i would include that on cycle from the start @ .25mg eod to start.

^ agree. Some say that starting Adex or nolva a week before you start your cycle is a sure fire way of making sure you are fully protected

I still have mine sitting in my cabinet unopened. Been on TRT for 26 weeks at 125mg EW. Been using purus labs recycle since day one. estradiol sensitive has been sitting at 20 the whole time. If your worried about using it you can try a less harsh alternative first.

the test dose im going with 500mg (250 2x wk) thats what many seem to suggest.... ill most likely be doing my next cycle around may of next year and that when im gonna run the var.......Do you think 500 wk is a high dose for 1st cycle???
