PCT advice

Going to stat a new cycle in a few weeks and want some advice/critique on this stack I have in mind (have not purchased anything so it can change at any time) 5'11" 200lbs two cycles under my belt but this is the most thought out and longest...

14 total weeks not including PCT

Week 1-12 Deca (nandrolone ) 300mg/wk then in week 4 it goes up to 400mg/wk (pinning twice a week 200mg each time)

Week 1-3 Test Propionate (to jump start) 300mg/wk (pinning EOD 100mg each time)

Week 4-13 Test C and E (combined) 400mg/wk (pinning twice a week w/ the deca 200mg each time)

Week 14 Test P (one more time to give the deca and test c an e to leave my body and transition to PCT smoother) 300mg/wk (pinning EOD 100mg each time)

PCT start week 15
Day 1 Clomid 200mg + Nova 40mg
Days 2-11 Clomid 50mg + Nova 20mg
Days 12-21 Nova 20mg

Is that long enough for what im taking? Also should I consider Hcg ? Iv never done it just stuck with the Clomid and nova.
Since Im running test for so long should I take something else in my PCT, worried about my libido.

Or if you hav a totally new idea im open to it.

Also planning on running Aromasin (exemestane) during the cycle 10mg/day (To much?)

I know Diet is a HUGE part but im leaving that for another thread lol

If youre going to use prop to kick start your cycle, you have to run your long ester beside it otherwise your long ester is prolonged another 4wks.

I like your idea of including prop at the end - my fav way to end long estered cycles. But you need to run it last two wks to pick up the 14-18 day ester - enth/cyp.

Start you Aromasin off at 12.5mg eod. Monitor from there.

And yes, include hCG on cycle @ 250iu 2/wk to prevent testicular atrophy. It will make the transition form on cycle to PCT much smoother, imho.

PCT to begin 3 days after last prop pin.

Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

Thanks MickeyKnox! Would you happen to have any good links to articles or videos so I can learn more about Hcg (since iv never done it before) Ill be honest im a little worried running it threw out the entire cycle since iv read it can lead to worse gyno and LH complete shut down, am i misinformed?
