I don't believe vitamin E blocks it, but I'm not certain. As for vitamin C swifto wrote about it a little in his pct Q and A thread maybe dig around in there to find what your looking for

You may consider supplementing with DHEA micronized as well at 25mg. DHEA helps to balance out cortisol. Cortisol up = DHEA down and vice versa.

Consider phosphotidylserine 800 mg PWO. In conjunction with vitamin C, works wonders

This is vit C I use. Used in conjunction with glutathione sulfhydryl (GSH) will also work wonders.

Liposomal Vit C. This isn't the only lab that makes/sells it but supposedly this one is the most well known and used. The liposomal encapsulation is supposed to allow for much greater bio-availability. Depending on your current state of health, the body can only utilize X amount of Vit c at one time. If you are ill, stressed, etc, the amount of Vit c your body can use and tolerate goes up. Once your body hits the tolerance level, diarrhea will ensue. Using the encapsulated form eliminates this threshold, allowing you to consume much more than popping tabs. Vit C has been shown to be non toxic even in extreme amounts.

I'd suggest going to you tube and searching Dr. Thomas Levy. His real life experience in Vit C and what it has achieved is remarkable.
