Hcg mixing????

I'm confused. I've got 5,000iu's of hcg. I want to take 250 twice a week. How much water do I put to mix it?

You divide the the total HCG concentration (in your case, 5000) by the amount of bac water (1cc, 2cc, etc.) to know how much hcg you have per 1cc.

Examples:

If you mix your HCG with 1cc of bac water........5000/1 = 5000. So you have 5000ius/1cc. So if you want 250ius, you would need 0.05cc

If you mix your HCG with 2cc of bac water........5000/2 = 2500. So you have 2500ius/1cc. So if you want 250ius, you will need 0.1cc

So if I put 1cc of bac water and use a slim needle i would fill the needle to the .25 mark right?

No. Like stated above, if you want 250 iUs and are using 1cc of bac water to reconstitute a 5000 IU vial, fill up to the .05 mark on the needle.

This is what i do as well.

Reconstitute 5000iu's with 2ml bac water and .10 on the slin pin = 250iu.

Wow, I was just gonna post a question about this. I found a site that actually has HCG pre-mixed. Would this be a better option?

After you mix your Hcg with Bac water it is supposed to be refrigerated/or in a cool place. How would one know what temp pre-mixed Hcg has been stored at/shipped? I would opt to just mix myself and be sure. My .02 cents

Powder form is supposed to be more effective...
