PCT diet and zinc to help with testosterone reboot
So foods I have discovered or read help your body increase testosterone again are related to your zinc levels which help you utilize testosterone sortof, since you can't produce zincyou must consume it through food or supplements, but dietary sources include:
red meat which i have completely gotten away from and now am primarily a fish and chicken/egg whites eater.
poultry and seafood/fish are still good sources and have less cholesterol than the red meats
whole grains and cereals which can be high in carbs are also good sources however caution must be taken due to the high levels of fiber which can limit the absorption in the GI tract of zinc. Chick peas are a good source and so I tell myself hummus is included in that bc its so good!
common sense will tell you that no veg contains testosterone and cant help you produce it but i have heard broccoli was helpful with testosterone production

Amping up zinc and magnesium during PCT is often overlooked in jump starting test production
up to 100mg zinc and 300mg magnesium a day for a few weeks of PCT is a gigantic help.
Get those out of supplements
