Post pct problems

Hey fellas, do its been 3 months since my pct,and though I've slowly noticed my hormones balancing ouout, they are still quite unbalanced. My cycle was
Andropen wks 1-6
Pct- Nolva 20mg/day for 45 days
Aromasin 10mg/day for 30 days

As of my last blood test (2 weeks ago
) I was at
Total test-446
Lh-2.2
Fsh-1.4s
Estradiol-12.8

My question is what should I do at this pint, I was go to use clomid for a month but my estrogen is already low and I know suppressing it even more would have bad side effects. This was my first cycle and I've been lifting steady and eating right for over 4and years, im 25 years old 6ft 205 10% bf. Just basically wondering what I should take. Swifto if your out there, your input would be greatly appreciated. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Clomid will not suppress your estrogen at all. I think its probably a pretty good idea in fact.

Sometimes TIME is the most important thing for HPTA recovery mate, just take it easy. It's taken me 18 months to recovery before.

Clomid should be added to any pct

Okay what do you guys think about clomid 50/25/12.5/12.5??

I have run clomid 100,100,50,50. Nolva 40,40,20,20. That was about 2 months ago, but the recent protocol is clomid 100,50,50,50. Nolva 40,20,20,20.

Okay thanks brotha, I just wasn't sure exactly how to taper it. Im gonna wait atleast a year before I even think about running another cycle.

Did you run an AI on cycle with your Andropen? And then Aromasin 10mg /day for 30 days post cycle?

Your pct seems rather ,weak and odd. What was the dose of the androphen? I'm sure with taking that dose of aromasin for that length of time, you likely smashed your e2 levels. Also, with such a low dose of serms, you didn't adequately recover. You should have included clomid as well. Do you have precycle blood work?

I think you should have consulted and researched the forums here before embarking on your cycle.

Be patient.....a more experienced member should be chipping in soon. In the meantime, repost EXACTLY what the cycle consisted of, and how long.

Mickey yea I ran the aromasin on cycle and 30 days post. I wish I had joined here before, all my pct and cycle advice came from an ifbb pro, and after my pct I realized how wrong it was. I feel good other then my joints (especially my back) and my libido is crushed. Epsis your exactly right, I should have been more careful and the pct was not sufficient.

Oh and also I still have some mental sides as well, every now and again ill find myself thinking some weird and crazy shit
It was much much worse right after pct tho, and I can't sleep worth a shit. Also my urine is clear no matter what I eat or drink.

Your symptoms are consistent with low E2. And your BW confirms this. But you stated earlier that you were beginning to feel a bit better, correct? If this is the case, i think time is on your side. Wait it out another wk or so and re-examine how you feel then. There are other protocols that you could implement, but i think you're on the road to recovery here. It may be uncomfortable for you for another wk or so, but i believe you're on your way home.

Thanks Mickey, yea im feeling better, im gonna get bw done again soon. I guess atleast it was a learning experience. I will wait atleast 3-6 months b4 running another cycle. Any suggestions to what would be a smart cycle next go round. Also some how im getting leaner. I've been eating anything I want and now my bf us 8.5% and im 207, im not getting much stronger but somehow getting leaner. Thanks again man

Awesome thanks brother, let me ask. Would an 8 wk prop with 4 wk dbol cycle be good? I see you have prop with var and the 8 wks is appealing, jw if you think the dbol kickstart would be better paired with a long ester or no. Also im guessing deca or tren will not be something omething you would advise for a while.

You could use Dbol, no law against it. But a better choice would be Var paired with Prop imo. Dbol with a long esters seem to work well as the goals for long esters generally coincide with Dbol, bulking ect..

Save the Deca and Tren for a much later date. ;)

Mickey, I thought I was feeling much better but this week the mental sides have been bad. I have almost zero motivation and my mind is going a million miles an hour . I've always had some anxiety but right now I can't handle anything without getting agitated
Im usually an emotional person, but i find myself not enjoying things I usually enjoy, and just feel in a daze kind of. I've gotta do something about it, this shit is driving me crazy bro.

Thats the price you pay for messed up cycle. Your hormones are readjusting. How long before you are able to safely begin your next planned cycle?

This is good news. You're body is trying to find home. Don't sweat the lower test levels yet. Allow your body another couple wks to correct itself. The just before you're ready to begin your next upcoming cycle, i would do one more set of bloods and compare again.

Not the best, I feel like my test levels are low haha.
I really want to try low dose clomid, like 25 mg for a month or two .
I've got head fog and def low sex drive and energy/motivation.

Clomid for a month or two? I thought you said your next cycle is in Jan? If your test is low but everything else is fine, there are other avenues to take but not if you have an upcoming cycle planned. It's one or the other, not both at the same time.

Yea I can cycle in january but id rather bring my natural levels way up before I cycle again. What avenue do you suggest brotha. As far as for bringing my test up

Vitamin D and Zinc are two that come to mind immediately, but here's a link to 9 ways of increasing your test levels naturally.

As far as supplements go, DAA (D-Aspartic Acid) has been reported to raise test levels as well. Ive used it and it worked well. In fact its the only OTC test booster i believe that actually works.

Okay maybe natural isn't the word I should have used, I just meant raise it without using synthetic test . I basically mean what serm and for how long.

Maybe you should get at least one more set of bloods done before arbitrarily raising your testosterone levels without knowing first where you stand.

Its important to know your hormonal baseline before simply raising your test levels. You may be deficient in other areas that are contributing factors - these need to be addressed first.

Before I cycled my testosterone was 947, I've had bw done 3 times since.
Each time it has been in the 400's, I believe it's a good time to take action.

I hear ya. But if i were you, i would first like to know why my test values dropped in half so suddenly. Hypothyroidism? Hypogonadism? Other?

If you're really interested in figuring this out you may want to start a thread in the HRT Forum and allow the Specialists in there to critique your past and current bloodwork results. Perhaps they may have an opinion on why your test has dropped suddenly.
